About this fragrance

Black truffle and dark chocolate are not normal perfume notes, which is rather the point of this one. Nori follows Tom Ford's Black Orchid.

It opens earthy and a little strange with truffle and ylang-ylang, the heart is the dark chocolate, orchid and plum, and it dries down heavy on patchouli, vanilla and frankincense. Rich, smoky and not remotely sweet-and-safe.

An evening, cold-weather scent for people who want something unusual. It's a lot, deliberately, so test it before the full bottle.

Nori Orchid is a 35% oil Extrait de Parfum, so it's built to last — expect around 8–12 hrs on skin, with strong projection through the opening hours. In Pakistan's heat the higher oil load helps it hold rather than fade by noon.
Which fragrance is Nori Orchid inspired by?
It's my honest impression of Tom Ford Black Orchid — I'd put it at about a 90% match on the scent profile. It's my own composition built to evoke that character, not the original itself, and I'll always tell you where it differs.
Is this really an Extrait de Parfum?
Yes — a true Extrait at around 35% oil, blended with imported perfumer's ethanol and rested at least a month before bottling. That's a far higher concentration than a typical designer eau de parfum.
