❤️ Why We Encourage Advance Payment
Cash on Delivery is convenient, and we're proud to offer it — but it carries a hidden cost. Each year, thousands of confirmed parcels are refused or left unclaimed at delivery. When that happens, the seller pays courier charges both ways, plus packing and handling — losses that push prices up for everyone and force many small businesses to close. We continue offering COD because it builds trust, especially for first-time customers. But every advance payment helps us keep prices competitive, dispatch faster, and invest in better products instead of courier losses. When you pay in advance, you're supporting a small Pakistani business that works hard to serve you better.
✅ Authenticity Guarantee
We deal only in 100% genuine, original retail perfumes.
- We never sell first copies, replicas, counterfeits, or "inspired" fragrances under any designer brand name.
- Every designer decant is professionally hand-poured directly from an authentic retail bottle at MHB Essence.
- What you receive is exactly what's inside the original bottle — just in a smaller quantity.
📦 Unboxing Video — Required for All Claims
Please record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening your sealed parcel and product. This video is required for any claim involving a damaged parcel, leakage, wrong product, or missing item. Approved claims are replaced or refunded promptly — and customers who share their unboxing video may receive a complimentary gift as a thank-you.
⭐ Share Your Experience & Get Rewarded
Love your fragrance? Record a short review or experience video and send it to us on WhatsApp. Selected videos may be featured on our social media, and participants may receive complimentary gifts or exclusive discount vouchers.
