Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Delivery takes 3–5 working days across Pakistan via PostEx or TCS.
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Original Designer Decants

Every decant is freshly hand-filled from an authentic original retail bottle, exclusively for your order.
A non-refundable Rs 1,000 advance confirms your order; the balance is payable via COD on delivery, or pay in full in advance.
Government tax applies on original decants.

Full advance payment required. COD is not available on original retail bottles.

📦 Unboxing Video — Required for All Claims

Please record a clear, uninterrupted video while opening your sealed parcel and product. This video is required for any claim involving a damaged parcel, leakage, wrong product, or missing item. Approved claims are replaced or refunded promptly — and customers who share their unboxing video may receive a complimentary gift as a thank-you.

🔄 Returns & Exchange

MHB Essence Perfumes & Attars

Exchange available within 15 days for store credit.
Products tested with one or two sprays remain eligible; heavily used products cannot be exchanged.
If you receive a faulty product, damaged parcel, leaking bottle, or incorrect item, we'll replace or refund your order and cover courier charges both ways (valid unboxing video required).

Original Designer Decants & Full Bottles

Due to hygiene, authenticity, and resale regulations, these are not eligible for return or exchange — unless you receive the wrong item or a damaged product.

Testers, Promotional & Discounted Items

All testers, clearance, promotional, and discounted products are Final Sale.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — just message us on WhatsApp.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders may result in future orders requiring advance payment.

📍 Address & Delivery Notes

Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before confirming your order.
Additional courier charges caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts may be charged to the customer.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, severe weather, or courier operational delays.
