Every MHB Essence fragrance is hand-compounded and macerated before it ever reaches you, so we treat its journey to your door with the same care we put into the scent itself. Here is exactly how delivery and payment work — clearly, with no hidden charges.
Delivery charges
- Flat delivery: Rs 290 anywhere in Pakistan.
- Free delivery on all orders over Rs 5,000.
Government tax
- A 4% government tax applies to standard orders.
- This 4% tax is waived on all prepaid (full online / advance) payments — at any order value. Paying online in full is simply the better deal.

Cash on Delivery & the Rs 500 confirmation advance
We're proud to offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. To confirm a COD order, we ask for a small advance — and we want to be completely transparent about what it is:
Order Confirmation Advance: Rs. 500 — To confirm your order, pay a Rs. 500 advance via JazzCash / Easypaisa / bank transfer. This is part of your total, not an extra charge — the remaining balance is paid as Cash on Delivery. Example: Order of Rs. 2,200 → Rs. 500 advance + Rs. 1,700 on delivery. The advance is adjustable in your bill and refundable if you cancel before dispatch. Once shipped, the advance is non-refundable if the parcel is refused at delivery.
Dispatch & delivery time
- We confirm every order with a quick confirmation call, then dispatch the same or next working day.
- We dispatch fast after confirmation; please allow 3–5 working days for delivery, though we usually reach you within 3.
- Orders ship via TCS / PostEx, and you'll receive tracking details on WhatsApp once your order is on its way.
A note on "travel shock"
A fragrance is briefly disturbed by the heat and motion of shipping. If your scent smells slightly different the moment it arrives, that's normal — please let it rest 7–10 days to resettle before judging it. (More on this in our Return & Exchange Policy.)
