Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and order details. If you leave a review, we collect the name and review you submit. If you pay in advance by bank transfer, we use the transfer details only to confirm your payment — we do not store any card or bank details on our servers.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

Process and deliver your orders.
Contact you about your order (confirmation, dispatch, delivery).
Respond to your questions and provide customer support.
Send occasional offers or updates, if you've chosen to receive them.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We share it only with the parties needed to complete your order — such as our courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards and Trax) for delivery. Our online store and checkout run on Shopify, which processes your order information to operate the store, and product reviews are collected and shown by Judge.me. These services receive only what they need to serve you.

Payment Security

Today we accept cash on delivery and bank transfer (payment details shared on WhatsApp after you order). If we send you a refund by bank transfer or JazzCash, we use the account details you give us only to send that refund. We do not store any card or bank details on our servers.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as well.

Your Choices

You may ask us to update or delete your personal information, or unsubscribe from marketing messages, at any time — just contact us on WhatsApp or email.
