Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to truly love what you wear. Because perfume is personal — and because a fragrance behaves differently on every person's skin — we've built a policy that is honest, fair, and protective of both you and the craft.

Try before you commit

The easiest way to find "your" scent is our 10ml testers — pick any you like (minimum 4) and build your own sampler. Try them properly, then order the full bottle of whichever wins your heart. It's the lowest-risk way to explore the house.

Please read this first: "travel shock"

If your perfume smells a little different the moment it arrives, don't worry — that's "travel shock," a normal part of perfumery. Shipping briefly disturbs a fragrance. Let it rest 7–10 days to resettle, then judge it. Even a ten-lakh-rupee perfume travels the same way.

Experienced fragrance lovers already let a new bottle settle for weeks before judging it. A few days of patience makes all the difference.

15-day easy exchange

You may request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note:

  • A "return" means store credit toward any equal-value item — not cash back. Your credit can go toward anything in the house.
  • The item should be in resalable condition (see below).

Lightly tested vs. heavily used

  • Lightly tested (a spray or two to check it on your skin): exchangeable.
  • Heavily used (roughly a quarter to half the bottle): not exchangeable — at that point it's been enjoyed, not tested.

If something arrives faulty, damaged, wrong or leaked

This is on us, and we'll make it right quickly: we replace it, or refund it if a replacement isn't possible — and we cover delivery both ways in these cases. All we ask is a quick unboxing video or clear photos so we can verify and resolve it fast.

What can't be returned or exchanged

  • Testers / 10ml samples — final sale.
  • Discounted or sale items — final sale.
