So let me make it simple and honest: yes, MHB Essence offers cash on delivery right across Pakistan, and here's exactly how it works, with nothing hidden.
Why cash on delivery matters here
In Pakistan, cash on delivery isn't just a convenience — for many people it's the only comfortable way to shop online. You get to receive the parcel before you part with the full amount. I've kept it as the heart of how I sell, because trust runs both ways: you trust me to send what I promised, and I trust you to be there for your order.
How COD works at MHB Essence
The process is straightforward:
- You place your order and choose cash on delivery.
- For my perfumes and attars, there's no advance and no token — you order, and you pay in full at your door.
- I dispatch your parcel through a trusted courier — usually PostEx or TCS — and you get a tracking number on WhatsApp.
- Delivery normally takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city.
- You pay in cash when the parcel reaches your door.
The one exception: decants and full original bottles
There's only one place where I ask for something up front, and I want to explain it honestly rather than hide it. When you order a decant — a 5, 10, 15 or 20ml pour from one of my authentic designer bottles — I ask for a Rs 1,000 advance to confirm it, and you pay the balance on delivery. The reason is simple: the moment you order, I open a real retail bottle and hand-pour it just for you. That can't be resold to anyone else, so the advance protects a small house like mine from a pour that gets refused at the door. For that reason the decant advance is non-refundable once the order is confirmed. Full original bottles are ordered fully in advance. Everything else — all my perfumes and attars — is plain cash on delivery, no advance at all.
Delivery charges — simple and flat
No surprises here either. Delivery is a flat Rs 300 per parcel, no matter how many bottles are inside — I absorb the courier's per-item cost so you don't have to think about it. And if your order is over Rs 15,000, delivery is free. One more honest tip: if you pay online in full, the 4% government tax is waived — a small saving for paying in advance, entirely your choice.
If something goes wrong
A fair policy matters most when there's a problem, so here's mine plainly. You can exchange within 15 days for store credit if a scent isn't for you (lightly tested, in original condition). And if a bottle ever arrives faulty, leaked or damaged, I'll replace it and cover delivery both ways — I only ask for a short unboxing video or clear photos so we can see how it arrived.
