Black Beast

Let's set expectations first: Black Beast is not a crowd-pleaser, and it was never meant to be. It's our take on Nasomatto's Black Afgano, and a close one at about 95%.

It's thick and resinous from the start, green and incense-like over tobacco, coffee and a deep oud-amber base. There's no light moment in it; it commits to the dark the whole way through, and a little goes a very long way.

This is a cold-weather, night-time scent for people who already know they like the heavy, smoky end of things. If that's you, you'll understand it on the first wear.

Black Beast is our own inspired composition and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Nasomatto.

• Apply on clean, moisturized skin (best after a shower).
• Spray 2–4 times on pulse points: neck, wrists, behind ears, inner elbows.
• Hold the bottle about 10–15 cm away from the skin while spraying.
• Do not rub wrists together – let the fragrance air-dry naturally.
• For extra lasting power, lightly mist on clothes from a distance of 20–30 cm (avoid silk/light fabrics).
