🔁 Exchange Policy (Primary Option)

  • We happily offer exchanges on perfumes if you’re not satisfied with the fragrance.
  • You can request an exchange multiple times if needed.
  • Product must be in good condition (no leakage or excessive usage).
👉 Note: Exchange is designed for customers who want to try a different fragrance.

🚚 Delivery Charges

  • All exchange delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • This includes both return shipping and re-delivery.

💰 Refund Policy (Limited Cases Only)

We do not offer refunds based on personal preference. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if:
  • You received a damaged product
  • You received a wrong item
👉 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photo/video).

  2. Our team will guide you through the process
  3. Send the product back to us
  4. Once received, your replacement will be dispatched
